General carpentry, custom home building.

What's your biggest challenge on the job?
Organization- building is the easy part
Do you mainly need products that provide protection, regulate temperature, or enhance productivity?
Mainly provide protection - for example knee pads and ear protection, enhance productivity - do not want gear that is too bulky and could slow me down.
What recent job/project/task are you most proud of accomplishing?
1,500 square feet of Teak pre-finished flooring install.

Ice fishing, hunting, camping, skiing, playing with my twin girls
