	Nu202 ® Gel Ergodyne ANSI-Certified AV hand protection products are constructed with Nu202 ®, a patented material designed to adsorb harmful occupational vibration. Nu202 works in tandem with other glove components to suck the vibration out of dangerous tools so you don’t have to. By adsorbing and displacing bad vibes before they have a chance to jiggle into your bod, Nu202 helps reduce the risk of long-term medical mayhem like Hand Arm Vibration Syndrome (HAVS), an irreversible debilitating condition.
	Thermal Glove Construction We use a layered system of material components to bring warm, dry comfort and melt your cold, cold hands. The outer layer of this system varies —from polyester knit to four-way stretch spandex to abrasion resistant 500D nylon. The breathable Hipora® waterproof liner is next, with special “micropore” technology that keeps water out of the glove while allowing body-side moisture to escape. Inside is a 40g layer of Thinsulate™ Insulation, the super efficient microfiber material developed by 3M™. A soft, smooth Tricot liner is last and lays next to the skin like your favorite silk unmentionables. 	INSECT SHIELD® On several products we use Insect Shield® to provide long-lasting, effective and convenient insect protection. This EPA-registered treatment uses a man-made version of a natural repellency found in certain chrysanthemums. It’s been tested and proven to repel mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, chiggers, and midges (no-see-ums). The EPA requires extensive effectiveness data to prove a product's ability to repel insects and many species and varieties of these insects have been tested—including those that can carry dangerous diseases such as West Nile virus, Lyme disease and malaria. The repellency in Insect Shield apparel lasts through 70 launderings, about the expected lifetime of a garment.
	ANTI-MICROBIAL TREATMENTS Our next-gen anti-microbials snuff out bacteria and fungi before they can realize their plans for world (or armpit) domination. From silver-based treatments like Agion™ and Silpure™ to charged cell zappers like Aegis™, we use multiple treatments to commit cold blooded “microbicide” without conscience or remorse. It’s all about harnessing high-science to combat the lowbrow stink that comes after a heart pounding, sweat churning day of takin’ care of business.
	HI-COOL® The Hi Cool® Performance System uses a layered structure of high-tech, skin-friendly materials to promote optimal moisture wicking and breathability. Individual fibers are specifically shaped to maximize their surface area, creating a sweat superhighway that puts clammy dampness on the first bus out of town and keeps you cool and comfy. This unique structure maintains great strength and flexibility, wash after wash.
	HOT ROX ™ HEAT EXCHANGERS Flexible, durable and easily cleaned, this patented built-in air heater is 80% efficient. That means you’re breathing room temp air, even when it’s 14 degrees below “I Can’t Feel My Hands!”. And unlike other masks, the Hot Rox™ boasts a built in baffled intake that turns cold air into warm air before it hits your lungs and has a chance to give your toasty core temp the cold shoulder. And besides saving your life, the Hot Rox™ Heat Exchanger slips easily into the mouth-area pocket and can be machine washed with the face mask.
