Overall, I generally like this shirt; however, I think the fit is too loose. I like the long shirttail as well, but I think it might be too long.

I was dying one day, building eight hours in 120 degrees with no shade. I had my shirt off. I finally put a long sleeve Ergodyne shirt on and it felt like I was working in the shade. Loved it.

The long sleeve mid layer was worn directly over the Ergodyne long underwear top and the combo worked well. High vis sleeves worked well when wearing a vest. The cut could be a little tighter, though. Bunched up a tad when worn under a sweatshirt.
