Online Content Intern

JOB SUMMARY

Reporting to the Sr. Director of Business Development, the Online Content Intern will primarily assist the e-tail channel team in conducting online content audits to improve product page listings with Amazon and other Omni-channel partners. This person will review product images, enhanced content, videos and product descriptions to ensure accurate content use and engagement. This is a temporary position starting May 22, 2017, and ending the week of August 14, 2017.

YOU HAVE ALREADY ACCOMPLISHED (REQUIRED):

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

YOU ARE WORKING TO ACCOMPLISH (PREFERRED):

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a business-related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills through email and phone

ADDENDUM:

  • Develops an understanding of Amazon's Vendor Central, and learns to download reports and make product page content updates
    • Reviews product pages on Amazon.com to ensure updates were accurately completed
    • Measures sales trajectory month to month as a result of content improvement
    • Audits Amazon.com for potential counterfeit sellers and understands who our third-party sellers are
  • Works with our Product Management and Marketing teams to collect and organize new content
  • Works with Omni-channel distributor partners to audit and improve online content for existing and new products

Additionally, the intern will be responsible for arranging and covering cost-of-living arrangements in the Twin Cities and will need to provide at minimum one reference who can speak to his/her ability to effectively communicate within a group environment.
