Director of Regional Sales

Job Summary

Reporting to the VP of Sales, the Director of Regional Sales will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional Sales Managers across the US. This person is responsible for managing, hiring, coaching and inspiring a sales team, and is accountable for delivering measurable results that achieves and exceeds revenue and margin targets. Travel required 50% of the time or greater to regional accounts and prospective client sites.

You have already accomplished (required):

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or other related field
  • 10+ year’s selling in Sales field
  • 5+ year’s Sales Management experience
  • Proficiency using Office Systems (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)

You may have already accomplished (preferred):

  • Master’s Degree in Business
  • Familiarity using CRM Systems
