Well constructed, easily attached, and comfortably worn. Worked well with many different types and sizes of radios as well as the off tool and cellphone. The only damage it took was a small sliver of plastic broke off from inside the clasp that seemed to guide the male end into the socket. It still functioned well with this little piece of plastic. I'm giving it only 4 stars due to the lack of adjustability in the elastic retention strap making it difficult to clasp while useing taller radios.

Unless your "small" tool is a lock cutter, you can fit a whole handful of tools in this! The material is very thick and sturdy so it never collapses in on itself. The belt loop part is very long but makes it very easy to put on without having to take off your belt first. However, the plastic buckle on the belt loop could probably stand to be a little bigger, especially if you are wearing gloves. Fyi, there are two smaller internal pockets which can hold a needle nose or a wire stripper nicely. The elastic hold down band is a very neat touch but since the tool holder is a bit wide, the single bungee may not cover the whole area, so maybe two would be a little more secure. The dual D-rings seem a bit much both in size and in quantity, plus I think I'd rather have the "D" pointing down instead of to the sides. There is a little retro-reflective accent on top but would rather it be at the bottom as the top can get covered by clothing or a vest. And in Ergodyne fashion, little details are observed such as a air/drain hole at the bottom.
