CLO Value & Comfort Equation. The CLO value represents the insulation level of the overalls, with a higher value indicating greater warmth retention. The comfort equation consists of insulation (CLO value) + activity level (MET level) + time duration before the need for breaks or removal. The Ergodyne Freezer Jacket, Bibs, and Coveralls have a CLO rating of 2.59, providing superior insulation. The Ergodyne Cooler Jacket has a CLO rating of 1.70, while the Ergodyne Freezer Gloves offer a CLO value of 1.30. A High Visibility. These overalls meet ANSI/ISEA 107 Class E High Visibility standards and feature reflective tape to enhance visibility in low-light conditions, ensuring workplace safety. Rugged & Warm. The overalls are made from durable 100% ripstop polyester, ensuring they won’t restrict movement while providing excellent protection. They are also water-repellent to prevent moisture from seeping in and non-bulky for maximum comfort. The insulation consists of 200G 3M Thinsulate, which effectively traps heat and provides warmth in extremely cold environments. Zippered Legs. The bib overalls feature zippered legs, making them easy to put on and take off over boots.
