Thread carrying handle through middle two hollow rungs and wrap securing strap around ladder legs. No need to uninstall before ladder use (does not hinder functionality). Only compatible with extension ladders (with hollow rungs). Plugs fit a variety of rung shapes, including square, round, and D-shaped.
