I primarily used these gloves to load hose or work on hose loads and these have performed very well. I like the grip that i can maintain with these gloves as well as the breath ability. i have not noticed any considerable wear on them which is a plus. The only down side for me with these gloves is them not being water resistant. When having to roll or load a wet hose or rope these do allow for your hands to become wet. Overall these are a great utility glove for duties around the station and I would suggest these to anyone for those simple duties. Also for the price I think the consumer is on the winning end of that.

I've been very happy with these gloves. The best I've ever had. They fit very well from day one and didn't stretch out. They go on and off easily, no struggle, and the velcro strap works good. I was surprised how durable the material on the palms is - has held up well. They maintained good grip in wet and muddy conditions because of that durable fabric. Usually I can't get a good grip on tools and materials with typical rubber palmed gloves in muddy conditions. A lot of the work I do varies from day to day: could be in conditions that are abrasive and the next in conditions requiring dexterity. Naturally, I've noticed more wear on the gloves when I'm in abrasive environments, but they afford the dexterity to do more mechanical tasks. If you do more mechanical work, primarily handling tools and equipment these are perfect. If you find yourself in more abrasive environments, handling rock or really putting the hurt on your gloves I'd choose one of the more heavy duty options. These gloves have absolutely held up to everything they're meant for.

Gloves fit and felt amazing. Used gloves for 3 weeks solid climbing ladders and tag lineing a 300' rope. Gloves provided adequate protection for climbing however tag lineing did wear the gloves down considerably. I would purchase these gloves for general use and climbing do to comfortability and fit.

Thanks for your review of the 812CR. Sounds like these gloves worked well for you for general use which is great and exactly what they were intended for. We know rope work is specialized and can certainly be challenging. That’s why we also have a glove designed specifically for it. We’d love for you to check out the 710 Heavy-Duty Utility Glove!
