Jeff Bazal

Vice President of Sales

An east sider through and through, I was born, raised and still reside in Mendota Heights with my wife Leslie and two daughters, Evelyn and Abby. But before you judge me for having never spread my wings outside Saint Paul, I’ll have you know I spent my college years down in Omaha, Nebraska receiving a finance degree from Creighton University.

A number of years later, I rounded out my education with an MBA from the University of St. Thomas in... Minneapolis!? (the biz school  happens to be one of the few schools not on the Saint Paul campus).

My career in the safety industry began at Sqwincher, hucking hydration all over our great state of Minnesota as I worked my way up from Regional Sales Manager to Director of National Accounts. I eventually made the jump over to Ergodyne because, well, why wouldn’t that be the dream for anyone with a lick of experience in the safety industry? Simply put, no one does it better.

I’m honored to be aboard the Ergodyne rocket ship, and even more so, to be in a leadership role guiding its path. When I think about what inspires me every day, the answer is 100% our people. We truly have the best of the best here—massively creative, exceptionally talented and don’t even get me started on the sales team… they could sell sand at the beach.
