Tenacious Holdings Inc dba Ergodyne
Effective January 1, 2026, certain products manufactured by Tenacious Holdings Inc, dba Ergodyne, sold by retailers in California will be required to include a Covered Battery-Embedded Product Recycling Fee. This fee is mandated by Senate Bill (SB) 1215. Covered battery-embedded products are subject to a waste recycling fee which retailers are responsible for collecting at sale.
