  • The quoted price includes the design work, production, packaging, and shipping within the U.S.

ART REQUIREMENTS

  • Acceptable Formats: Adobe Creative Suite (CC) Illustrator (.ai), Photoshop (.psd), InDesign (.indd) & Acrobat (.pdf) files. Please make sure all file formats are editable and include all supporting documents & links. Avoid embedding any images or sending flattened pdf documents.
  • Fonts: All fonts should be converted to outlines. If editing of text is needed, please make sure to furnish all fonts with your files.
  • Vector Art vs. Raster Art: Vector Art (Line Art) should be supplied whenever possible. This allows to best resolution of graphics regardless of scaling or size. Raster Art (Photographic) is resolution dependent and should be supplied at a minimum resolution of 75ppi @ final size. (NOTE: Consideration of final resolution must be considered when building scaled art files)
  • Color Matching: Colors should always be built using the Pantone Color Library with PMS number call outs for color. This should be consistent throughout the file(s) to assure proper color accuracy and matching.
  • Cut Paths: Any graphics that require cut-to-shape or contour cutting should include a “Cut Path”. This vector path should be on its own layer and should be one continuous path (not segmented).
  • Graphics with Bleed: Supplied art files should include a minimum ¼” (.250”) bleed – larger whenever possible.
  • Quality in – Quality Out: The quality of the art files received has a direct impact on the quality of the printing and final graphics. If ever in question, please do not hesitate to call us to ask for help or clarification.

Any color you would like! We do not have any color limitations. We can PMS color match to any color you would like.

Yes! We offer full customization on our tent canopies. There is no limit on the messaging, colors, logos, or slogans that you want to include on your tent.

Yes. If you are not looking for a fully customized tent, you can get your logo printed onto the valance of the existing blue or hi-vis lime 6000/6010/6015 canopies. Logos cost $20/valance.

Once artwork is finalized, the production process will take approximately seven business days, plus additional days for shipping.

Yes. We reserve the right to decline design submissions that we deem offensive or that may infringe on any intellectual property or other third-party rights.

Yes! Re-orders are always welcomed. We will verify proof of digital mockup before production begins.
