Instructions for installing the Arsenal 5303 Extension Ladder Carrier Kit:

Anchor Straps and Plugs

1. Insert one end strap into one of the ladder rungs.
2. Pull the strap up through the rung.
3. Slide the strap through the opening of the rubber plug.
4. Fully insert the strap into the rubber plug.
5. Push the rubber plug down into the rung until it stops.
6. Pull the d-ring upward until the strap is securely tightened.
7. Repeat these steps with the other strap, leaving two open rungs between the straps for the carrying handle.

Carrying Handle

1. Insert open end of the handle strap into one of the rungs between the anchor straps.
2. Slide the strap through to the other side.
3. Pull the strap through the rung until the handle is centered on the top.
4. Insert the end of the strap into the next rung over.
5. Pull the strap through to the top of the rung.
6. Insert the strap into the inner section of the buckle.
7. Insert the strap back through the outer section of the buckle, pull tight.
8. When tight, feed the remaining strap back into the rung to keep it out of the way.
9. When fully installed, the system should use the four middle rungs of the extension ladder.
