Ted Bailey

Ted joined Ergodyne in 2026, bringing a background in technical apparel design and product development to the team. A graduate of the University of Minnesota’s Technical Apparel Design program, his experience ranges from hands-on product development and process optimization to exploring new ways to use AI in development. Naturally curious and always looking to learn, Ted is passionate about creating products that make people’s day-to-day lives better. At Ergodyne, he supports the development of cooling, shelter and sun protection products. Outside of work, Ted enjoys attending concerts, experimenting with his 3D printer, watching basketball and defending his back-to-back fantasy football championships.
