The Chill-Its 6614 Hard Hat Cooling Pad Kit includes a cooling sweatband pad, top pad and ratchet pad designed to enhance comfort and offer reliable temperature control. The pads integrate easily with most helmet suspension systems and provide added cushioning at the front, top and back of the head without adding bulk.

Made from microfiber material, the pads deliver instant cooling relief when activated with water or sweat, offering up to two hours of active cooling. When dry, the fabric effectively wicks away sweat and moisture to help keep the wearer cool and comfortable throughout the workday.

Activation is quick and simple. Just soak the pads in water for 2–5 minutes and attach to your hard hat. The pads attach securely using hook-and-loop closures, with pre-cut holes in the sweatband for suspension hooks if needed.
