The Chill-Its 6684 Dry Evaporative Cooling Vest provides immediate, drip-free cooling relief for up to three days using its exclusive dry evaporative technology, keeping the wearer dry and comfortable without the need for soaking, gels or refrigeration.

Constructed from industrial-grade lime nylon, the vest offers high visibility and durability to perform in demanding conditions. To activate, fill the rear water port with up to 17 oz (500 mL) of water and allow it to distribute through the front and back panels by turning the vest and massaging the shoulder strap channels. Proper airflow is needed for optimal cooling and high humidity or low airflow can reduce effectiveness.

The vest is worn over the head and secured with adjustable hook-and-loop straps, but it should not be worn under heavy clothing layers. The vest features anti-microbial treatment to inhibit mold growth and its reservoir should not be cleaned; the vest itself is machine washable and reusable.

Available in sizes XS, S/M, L/XL and 2XL/3XL, sizing is determined by measuring around the chest and torso.
