Why Topped Tool Bags and Pouches Are Essential at Heights

The Arsenal Topped Tool Pouch line offers efficient solutions for workers needing to transport tools and hardware to heights safely and comfortably. Each option features a unique design to prevent items from spilling out and becoming dangerous dropped object in the event the bag tips or becomes inverted.

The 5528 and 5538 Topped Parts Pouches feature 20-ounce water-resistant canvas or waterproof tarpaulin. The exterior of the pouch features two tool loops for bolt pens, spud wrenches, and other tools. There are also two nickel plated D-rings on the top of the pouch for connecting tool lanyards and carabiners. The 5528 and 5538 feature a trapdoor top allowing the worker to easily place bolts, hardware, and other tools into the pouch using only one hand. A worker can easily retrieve contents from inside the pouch by pushing their hand through the trapdoor. The trapdoor design prevents items from falling out even if the pouch gets turned upside-down. The back of the pouch has a belt loop for easy attachment to a tool belt or fall protection harness.

The 5725 and 5728 Topped Bolt Bags feature a cinch-up closure for safety and security. Made of 16-ounce canvas, the exterior of the bag has a nickel plated D-ring for attaching tool lanyards and carabiners. It also has two tool loops for placing spud wrenches, bolt pens, and other tools. To open the bolt bag, a worker can use one hand by pulling on either orange loop. After retrieving items from the bag they can cinch it closed by pulling the gray draw-string. The cinch top prevents items from falling out even if it gets turned upside-down.

The 5516 and 5518 Topped Tool Pouches feature a top flap that is secured with a buckle connection or a hook-and-loop strap. Made of 1680 denier ballistic polyester and an abrasion-resistance PVC bottom, the pouch includes two tool loops and two D-rings for attaching tool lanyards and carabiners. The worker can use one hand to open the flap on the pouch, retrieve tools and hardware from inside, and close it by reconnecting the buckle or strap. The flap prevents items from falling out even if the bag is turned upside-down.
