The Chill-Its 6260 Lightweight Phase Change Cooling Vest is designed to be 30–60% lighter than traditional cooling vests, helping workers stay cooler, safer and more productive in hot conditions. When paired with activated phase change cooling packs, the vest maintains a controlled cooling temperature of 64°F / 18°C for up to two hours without the bulk, dripping or extreme cold of ice-based systems.

Constructed from a durable polyester cotton-blend fabric, the vest features adjustable slide-buckle waist closures for a customized fit and a heavy-duty front zipper for easy on and off. Two front zippered pockets provide convenient storage for small items such as phones or tools. The vest is designed to deliver consistent, comfortable cooling using Phase Change Material (PCM), which absorbs and releases heat at a regulated temperature for steady relief.

The removable cooling packs can be activated in multiple ways, including ice water, a freezer, a refrigerator or near an air conditioner, then inserted into the vest pockets for extended cooling. The fabric vest is machine washable and hang dry, while the cooling packs should be hand washed and air dried.

Available in sizes S/M, L/XL and 2XL/3XL, sizing is determined by measuring around the chest and torso.
