Who We Are
We are a safety workwear company of 100+ builders, makers and doers dedicated to finding creative, practical solutions that Make The Workplace A Betterplace™. Our noses are often to the grindstone in good ole St. Paul, Minnesota. But we also make time to have fun and give back to our local communities in equal measure.

The Vibe
It's hard to put into words, but here's the recipe: take ridiculously talented and motivated people. Add a mission that matters. Then sprinkle in a stimulating workspace with perks, programs and benefits that inspire a healthy, happy balance. And there you have it. Magic.
The Heart
The Golden Rule guides everything we do, including in the community where the industrious ethic of Ergodytes is put to work building homes, supporting schools and even making sure impoverished villages are equipped with a sanitary place to answer nature’s call.
Our Home
Our Intergalactic HQ is located in a former railroad maintenance facility in St. Paul, where hard working ghosts mingle with brick and timber to create an energy that proves to be perfectly tenacious.
