A nationwide initiative to help worksites prevent heat stress. Because no shift should end in burnout.

What Is Project H.E.A.T.?

Project H.E.A.T. is a boots-on-the-ground campaign built to raise awareness, deliver training and deploy cooling solutions to worksites across the U.S.

From prevention education and cooling gear demos to jobsite activations (and yes, tacos), Project H.E.A.T. is all about giving crews what they need to beat the burn.

Extreme heat is the number one weather-related killer in the United States.

Why Now?

Millions of indoor and outdoor workers are at risk during hot summer months. Federal regulations remain stalled, leaving employers with the responsibility—and opportunity—to take action.

We’re here to help fill that gap with practical tools, field-based training and expert guidance.

What Happens on Tour?

At select stops across the country, our H.E.A.T. Team will show up ready to deliver:

  • Free educational resources and safety posters
  • Live demos of cooling PPE and prevention strategies
  • Hands-on training of the T.A.C.O. Method (Tarp-Assisted Cooling Oscillation)
  • T.A.C.O. Truck activation at select locations – lunch on us, plus safety training you’ll actually remember
  • Cry Baby Craig's HELLSHIFT hot sauce giveaways to reinforce the real dangers of pushing through the heat

4 out of 5 Americans have experienced heat exhaustion symptoms.

The T.A.C.O. Truck

In select cities, we're spicing things up with taco-powered training that combines lunch with a fast, engaging heat safety demo, including a crash course in the T.A.C.O. Method (Tarp-Assisted Cooling Oscillation). Come for the tacos, leave with life-saving info.

What’s the Impact?

Heat is the number one weather-related killer in the United States, yet over a quarter of U.S. adults don't know what to do in a heat-related emergency. What's more, heat stress fatalities are 100% avoidable.

By teaching crews how to recognize the signs, respond quickly and work smart, we're on a coast-to-coast mission to prevent the preventable.
