The Skullerz 8965F(x) Bump Cap Hat with Rechargeable LED Light combines lightweight head protection with hands-free task lighting. Designed for work environments with low-impact hazards, it features an ultra-bright front-mounted LED with four modes—low, medium, high and max—delivering 15–150 lumens and visibility up to 62ft (19m). The light provides up to 10.5 hours of runtime and fully recharges in about 6.5 hours using the included micro-USB charging cable.

The LED module can be easily removed for charging or washing the hat. Inside, a removable, washable, anti-microbial foam pad enhances comfort, airflow and impact protection while helping keep sweat out of the eyes. Venting in the insert, cooling channels and laser-cut polyester mesh promote heat dissipation to keep workers cool.

The bump cap is available with either a micro (1in//30mm) or long (3in//80mm) brim to suit different tasks and environments, with compatible replacement LED lights available for each style. For replacement or backup, the N-Ferno 6801B Replacement Light (short brim) or Skullerz 8962 Replacement Light (long brim) are also available. One size fits most.

Tested to ANSI/ISEA 100-2024 and EN 812-2012 standards, this bump cap is ideal for tight or low-clearance spaces where hard hats are not required, such as mechanics’ work, baggage handling, food processing, inspections, installations, pest control and similar applications.
