HOW DO I BECOME AN AUTHORIZED ERGODYNE DISTRIBUTOR?
To become an authorized Ergodyne distributor, you need to register as a distributor on our website first. If you hover over MY ACCOUNT at the top of Ergodyne.com and click 'Register' in the overlay, there will be a screen that pops up where you will change the account type to 'Distributor', enter your email address and password, and then click 'Next'.
If you have never ordered from us before, you should select 'No' to the last question on the first page ("Are you already set-up as an authorized Ergodyne distributor?").
Once you have finished all four steps and submitted your online application with resale certificate (if applicable), a sales rep will contact you with pricing information and help you place your opening order (which takes about three to four business days to process after all paperwork or documents have been received). All subsequent orders placed online before 12 p.m. Central Time will be shipped out the same day and orders placed after noon will be shipped the following day.
HOW DO I PURCHASE PRODUCTS WITHOUT TAX APPLIED TO MY ORDER?
In order to purchase product without tax, please send a legal government tax exemption certificate to email@example.com before processing the order. Within the email, please include the email address you have registered with on Ergodyne.com. We will update your account for tax exempt status based on the forms received and inform you when the account has been updated. Please allow up to 48 hours for verification.
WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR ITEM NUMBERS?
Navigate to a product either by searching or from the main navigation. Item numbers are available to the right of the quantity selection tool on the product details page.
If you are an authorized distributor of Ergodyne, You can download a list of all item numbers by going to the 'My Account' section. Reference the left hand navigation. In the 'Assets' section, you will see the link to 'Download the Price List'. The Excel file will automatically download containing all pertinent product information.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY PASSWORD?
When logged into your account, you can change your password from two locations.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over the 'My Account' section and select the option 'My Account' from the drop down. On the page that opens, you will see a link to 'Change Password' in the section titled ‘Basic Information.’ Once this section is open, you simply type in your existing password followed by the new password you would like to use. Finally, confirm your password, and remember to scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save Changes'.
- From the main navigation bar, hover over the 'My Account' section and select 'Account Information' from the drop down menu. Your profile information (including your login info) will be loaded to the page. There is a link to 'Change Your Ergodyne Password'. From here, type in your existing password followed by the new password you would like to use. Finally, confirm your password, and remember to scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Save Changes'.

HOW DO I GET MY INVOICE?
Invoices are available to distributors who have a registered account with Ergodyne.com. Simply navigate to the 'My Account' section in the main navigation and select 'My Orders'. In the dashboard that appears, use the filter in the top right to select your 'Shipped' orders.
To view an invoice, select the 'View' link under one of your existing orders. Once your invoice has opened, you have the option to either download or email your selected invoice.
HOW CAN I TRACK AND CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
If you have an account with Ergodyne.com, you can track and check your order status in the 'My Account' section accessed from the navigation bar. If you do not have an account, you can request one from the 'My Account' section in the navigation bar. When logged into your account, simply click the 'My Orders' link. You will immediately jump to the 'All Orders' dashboard.
Here you will be presented with all of your past and present orders. If you need to see specific orders, you can filter the orders in your dashboard. From the filter drop down in the top right, you can select options: all, pending, or delivered. You also have the ability to filter by time frame, including orders made in the past 7, 30 60, or 90 days.
Click the 'View' option on a specific order to review the details. This will include the date your order was processed, shipping & billing addresses, also payment information and a detailed list of the products and quantities ordered. You can also track your order. Select the link 'Track My Order', this option will be to the right of your 'Order Details' option.

WHERE CAN I FIND YOUR SIZE CHARTS FOR EACH PRODUCT?
You can view individual product size charts from the 'Product Details Page'. Simply navigate to a product page and click on the 'View Size Chart' button located to the right of product sizes.
To download or view Ergodyne's full size chart, navigate to the 'Tenacious U Library'. This library contains many resources for Ergodyne products – including size charts. To access the 'Tenacious U Library' navigate to the 'Learn' tab in the main top navigation bar.
Hover over the 'Learn' tab, and in the 'Knowledge' section, you will find a link to the 'Tenacious U Library'. Clicking it will bring you to the library page, where you can search for product documents. Type “size” into the search box, and any document that contains that search term will appear in the results. Registered users also have a link to the Tenacious U Library in the 'My Account' section.
WHERE CAN I FIND CERTIFICATES, MSDS SHEETS, OR OTHER PRODUCT-RELATED DOCUMENTS?
Product certificates, MSDS sheets and other product related documents can be found on a product's page. Simply search for the product or navigate to the product in the main navigation. Product focused documents are located in the 'Learn' tab below the 'Features' and 'Applications' section.
WHERE CAN I GET A SPEC SHEET ON YOUR PRODUCTS?
Spec sheets that contain information about a certain product can be created directly on the product's page. Just click “print” and a spec sheet will be generated. If you'd like to share this spreadsheet with colleagues, there is also an email option available on the product's page.
HOW DO I GET PRODUCT IMAGES?
To download product images, you will need to have a registered account with Ergodyne.com. Product images (and videos) can be downloaded from the Digital Asset Library in the 'My Account' dashboard. Reference the left hand navigation in 'My Account' and locate the section 'Assets'. Here, you will find the link to the Digital Asset Library.
WEB IMAGES: These are product images that have been compressed and are best suited for viewing on the web. The smaller size of these files means the product images can load quickly when being viewed on web pages as when displayed on a distributor website or an email banner ad. Because these files are smaller, they will also download very quickly from Ergodyne.com.
PRINT IMAGES: These are product images that have not been compressed and are generally 30-40% greater in file size when compared to web images. These image files are optimized for print projects, as is the case when making a print ad in a magazine, a physical banner for an event, or a product featured in a printed catalog. Because of their size, downloads speeds will vary depending on your network strength, but more than 20 images will take at least 10-15 minutes to download.
VIDEO FILES: The Digital Asset Library is also where you can find all of Ergodyne's product videos. They are MP4 files, and compatible with all major web browsers and desktop media players.
HOW DO I FIND/DOWNLOAD YOUR VIDEOS TO PUT ON MY WEBSITE?
To download product videos, you will need to have a registered account with Ergodyne.com. To register, hover over the 'My Account' tab in the main navigation bar and select 'Register'. Once you have registered, videos (and product images) can be downloaded from the Digital Assets (DA) Library in the 'My Account' dashboard. Reference the left hand navigation in 'My Account' and locate the section 'Assets'. Here you will find the link to the Digital Asset Library.
Once you have navigated to the Digital Asset Library, in the 'Refine' filter, change the 'Document Type' to VIDEO. The filter will then present you with only the video content in the Digital Asset Library. You can further filter the videos by product category, or if you know the title of the video you are looking for, you can search for it.
To select a video, click the 'Video' button followed by the 'Add to Basket' button. When you have selected all the videos you wish to download, open your 'Digital Basket' from the left hand navigation in the 'Assets' section. The 'Digital Basket' is similar to a shopping cart. You can add items to it, then once you have finished adding items, you can review your basket and download the items you have chosen.
CAN I CHECK TO SEE IF A PRODUCT IS IN STOCK?
To check if a product is in stock, navigate to a 'Product Detail Page'. Hover over the product tab in the main navigation bar or use the search box to find a product. The product's availability will be located to the right of the 'Quantity Selection Tool'.
