Built with a two-layer construction, both liners combine a durable 100% cotton twill outer shell with a soft 100% polyester fleece interior to help trap heat while resisting wind and harsh weather.

The N-Ferno 6848 Winter Hard Hat Liner features a chin-length design that provides coverage over the head and ears while maintaining a lightweight, low-profile fit under head protection. The N-Ferno 6849 Winter Hard Hat Liner offers extended full-length coverage over the head, ears and neck, with a longer back panel that tucks into jackets to help reduce exposure to cold air during outdoor work.

Both liners include a fleece forehead panel and angled back design to help seal gaps between the liner and wearer, improving warmth without adding unnecessary bulk. Four exterior attachment points integrate easily with hard hat and safety helmet suspensions, while adjustable hook & loop chin straps help keep liners securely in place during extended wear.

Built for demanding environments, the black fleece interiors help conceal dirt and dust during everyday use. Integrated ear pockets allow for optional warming packs (sold separately) to provide additional insulation in extreme cold, and machine-washable materials make cleaning and maintenance simple.
