The N-Ferno 6849 Winter Hard Hat Liner is designed to be worn under hard hats and safety helmets, delivering warmth in cold, demanding environments.

The full length design provides coverage of the head, ears and neck, while a soft 100% polyester fleece liner traps heat close to the body and a durable 100% cotton twill outer shell resists wind and harsh conditions. A fleece forehead panel and angled back design help close the gap between the liner and the wearer, keeping cold air out. Extended back coverage tucks into jackets to help seal out cold air and reduce exposure when working outdoors.

Despite its thermal protection, the lightweight construction fits comfortably under head protection without adding bulk. Four exterior attachment points integrate with hard hat or helmet suspensions, and a hook & loop strap around the chin provides an adjustable fit that keeps the liner securely in place.

The black fleece interior helps hide dirt and dust, keeping the liner clean during everyday use. Built-in ear pockets allow for optional warming packs (sold separately) to boost warmth in extreme conditions. This liner is machine washable for easy care and maintenance.
