The Chill-Its 5160 Reflective Hydration Pack includes a 3.0L // 3000mL bladder for reliable on-the-go hydration. Its lightweight, low-profile design minimizes bulk for all-day comfort, while its rugged ripstop polyester construction delivers durable protection against the elements.

HYDRATION PACK

A contoured shape allows the pack to sit flush against the wearer’s back, offering balanced weight distribution and comfort when the bladder is full. A breathable mesh back and padded shoulder straps increase comfort when working in warm environments.

A zippered top closure, along with hook & loop straps inside the pack, keeps the bladder securely in place while helping prevent dirt and debris from getting in. Breakaway hook & loop shoulder straps reduce the likelihood of snagging on the job, while a buckle chest strap keeps the pack steady while moving. A top handle allows for quick grab-and-go transport and easy hanging storage.

BLADDER, MOUTHPIECE + TUBING

The bladder features a wide fill port with a built-in handle for quick, mess-free filling with water or ice, while an internal baffle helps reduce sloshing to keep the load stable and balanced. Clear tubing connects the bladder to the mouthpiece, making it easy to inspect and clean, so water stays fresh throughout the day. The bite-free mouthpiece includes a protective cover for added cleanliness when not in use.

Tube clips on both the left and right shoulder straps allow the mouthpiece to route from either side and stow cleanly when not in use. Antimicrobial treatment on the mouthpiece and bladder helps keep the drinking surface cleaner between uses.

Available in lime, orange and black, the pack includes reflective accents for increased visibility in low-light environments. The pack features loops on the back for clipping glove clips and carabiners, offering additional storage for gloves, cooling towels and more.
